Nowadays, irrelevant and bought links don't get you anything anymore. You have to earn them. But this is not so easy. Time for inspiration. Creating and distributing content takes a lot of time and the outcome is uncertain. Often looking at examples is a good starting point. But as far as link building is concerned, that is quite difficult in the Netherlands. It is difficult to find successful examples of link earning from the non-Coolblues and Zalandos. Because what if you are not well known and sell metal profiles, paper or other 'less sexy' products. How do you get qualitative and relevant links, which are certainly important with EAT in mind. We, Amagard.com, sell garden materials such as gravel, pebbles, gravel mats and edging for use in gardens and driveways and yards. Not directly photo editor the products that are discussed a lot online. Nevertheless, we managed to earn good links with content. I'd love to tell you how. Step 1: link product benefits to current events Our range mainly consists of gravel and grit. The big advantage of gravel compared to garden tiles, for example, is its water permeability. And we were able to link that to a major current theme: climate change and increasingly extreme weather conditions. Our product contributes to solving a problem: waterlogging (in the garden). Tip Focus on a certain product benefit and investigate whether you can link this to a current theme. A small connection is enough. Picking up on a topical theme increases the chance of success. Step 2: Expand link building Only a product advantage and a link to current events does not make link-worthy content.
